Organization Level L&D
There are 3 modes in which learning and development is planned for the employee every week
TIME ALLOTTED
Every employee has the opportunity to pursue an opportunity for their growth and development on their own. The company will sponsor an amount up to INR 5000 a year, provided the employee owns 50% of the cost. The approval of the team lead is required for the same
Self L&D
These sessions will be facilitated based on the needs of the team. The team lead will co plan the objectives for the session along with the team every quarter. These sessions could be individual mentoring sessions or can be done in groups
Team Level L&D
We set quarterly goals in the forms of Key Outcomes and Key Performance Indicators. Review of Key Outcomes and KPIs and conversation around it happens every 3 months.

REVIEW STRUCTURE
Every year, we have a formal Performance Review & Development Planning (PRDP) with your manager and an appraisal conversation. Your yearly performance evaluation will be a summation of your self-review, manager review, and peer review.
