INR 1000 per employee per 6 month period, is allocated for expenditure on team members get togethers or celebrations. Only team leads will be eligible to claim reimbursement for the same. Claims must be made under the head 'Employee wellness fund' and will be approved by the P & C team and then by the finance team.



Upon completing 5 years of continuous service with the Company, you will be eligible for payment of gratuity as per the prevalent rules and regulations under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (as amended from time to time). The said amount shall be paid at the time of separation from the company on account of superannuation or resignation or retirement, or death.


Menstrual leave is a type of leave where a person may have the option to take paid leave from their employment if they are menstruating and are unable to work.


Medical insurance with a coverage of INR 3 Lakhs is provided to every employee, their parents, spouse and up to 2 children. The organization will cover the cost of the insurance. Please find the insurance police here:


The provident fund is a combined contribution from you as well as your employer that is deducted from your salary every month and put away in a PF account where it grows into a sizable sum that you can avail after retirement.

Please note: A total sum of INR 2000 per employee can be claimed in the financial year April-March
